Albany City Fire Department's mission is to respond to fires, provide emergency medical services, manage hazardous materials incidents and perform technical rescues on land and on the bodies of water located in the City of Albany to save life, property, and the environment. In addition, we promote fire prevention and emergency preparedness and other public safety education programs including building code enforcement.
