Ems Vechte Welle is a non-commercial community radio station serving the Emsland district and the County of Bentheim. The station's programming is also broadcast to parts of the Cloppenburg district. The programming is divided into editorial content and community broadcasting. The editorial content is produced by radio professionals and airs Monday through Friday from 6 AM to 6 PM. This includes the morning magazine (6 to 9 AM - The Morning in Emsland and the County of Bentheim) and the regional information program "Through the Day" (9 AM to 6 PM). Additionally, the station broadcasts current regional news every half hour.
