About the station
POWER RADIO has been around since early 2007. At that time, it broadcast on two FM frequencies: 91.8 (Northeast Berlin / Oberhavel / Barnim / Uckermark) and 95.3 MHz (Oder-Spree). In 2007, POWER RADIO received an additional frequency from the Berlin/Brandenburg media authority to close a coverage gap, the FM frequency 97.0 (Märkisch-Oderland). In 2009, more FM frequencies were added in the following order: FM 95.2 (Potsdam-Mittelmark), FM 88.3 (Ostprignitz-Ruppin), FM 94.4 (Prignitz), and FM 93.3 MHz (Uckermark / Szczecin). Currently, the activation of FM 102.1 (Potsdam/Berlin) is being prepared. Further frequencies will follow.
