The brainchild of five journalists also based in Mthatha. It aims to bring awareness on issues of public governance; Programmes and implementation strategies aimed at enlightening rural communities as the target area is predominantly rural. This enables rural communities to be aware of service delivery initiatives; which address their needs and refrain from civil disobedience and negative attitude.
