CIXL-FM is a Canadian radio station broadcasting from Welland, Ontario. It operates under the on-air brand name Giant FM and features a classic rock format at 91.7 on the FM dial. It is one of the few commercial FM stations on this frequency that can be heard in the United States, where the 88.1 to 91.9 MHz range is reserved for noncommercial stations (a rule that does not apply in Canada, CIXL's home country).
